Portulaca oleracea’Balriorg ' , also known asPortulaca oleracea’Rio Orange ' , is a trailing , free - flowering one-year plant that can arise up to 6 inches ( 15 cm ) marvelous and spread up to 12 inches ( 30 curium ) .
