Ingredients1/4 cup freeze blueberries1/4 cup frigid cherry tree , pitted1/4 cup frozenstrawberries1/4 cup . frozenraspberries1/2 loving cup novel ( or 1/4 loving cup frozen)spinach2 bananas1 cup apple juice1/3 clovegarlic3 tsp . hemp seed1 tsp . ginger root , grated1 tsp . nutritionary yeast1 T.mint(1/2 T. dried)1 ounce wheatgrass juice ( optional )

PrepearationIn blender , soundly mix in all ingredients until smooth and creamy . Serve in magniloquent ice , perhaps garnish with mint leaf or blueberry .
