We all lead busy life with different levels of focus , but how many times have you relieve that by run outdoors and spend quiet metre in your own garden ?
If you are like me more clock time than you could count .
The plant simply go about their business enterprise of bring about flowers , food or a safe billet for animals to nuzzle . They look quietly for us and when we give them that bit of H2O , or clip that dead branch they reward us with so much more . Like they do with carbon dioxide , they absorb what ails us and turn it into a breath of fresh aura .
So sometime today do yourself a favor . Go outside and take a second to stop and reek the roses . And give them thanks .
