What Is The Monthly Photo Shoot?
Well , it is a challenge . I started this challenge inJune 2016as a way to enamour the growth of my missy . And also to grow in my photography skills as well . I plan to continue this challenge for many years to come as a manner to pick up remembering with my girl .
Now , I ’m not just photographing them in a normal day . But I ’m actually decorate them up cute like I would if I was taking them to a professional lensman . I always intended to act as with props and use natural lighting to becharm their best second just as a professional photographer would do .
I get to habituate my originative brain and really intend of some idea to make the best photo oeuvre . It ’s fun , I ’m earn computer memory and I ’m saving money by not make to hire a professional lensman . This exposure shoot is something I can design and look forward to each and every calendar month . It will showcase our best-loved memory and events of that calendar month .

WHY A MONTHLY PHOTO SHOOT?
Seems like it would be stressful to confuse in a picture shoot in an already busy calendar month . But , when Maci was a newborn infant , I was starting to believe it to be necessary . I was fighting with myself over the fact that I had not scheduled a photo shoot with a photographer after thebirth of my newborn .
So , I tooknewborn picture of her . A calendar month later , my mamma come to confab and encouraged me to take some pictures of both girls myself . During the June 2016 rural photo shoot , I used Mylee’sAllis Chalmerspeddle tractor , rocking chairand Tree in our own M for an awesome first photo shoot .
That ’s when the melodic theme popped into my head . I have the cute props and thecamera . I have the gorgeous rural scene . Why not ?
So , the monthly pic shoot challenge was born . I had so much fun with ourfirst photo shoot in Junethat I make up one’s mind to keep it up each month .
Because my girls are growing up and changing so much , I felt this would be a genius idea to keep track of their growth . And so far , the results of each have been timeless treasures for me and our prolonged family who want to stick with as the miss interchange .
August 2016 Rural Photo Shoot
Because August is my least favorite month of the twelvemonth , I had a difficult sentence deciding when and where toschedule it . Also , canning seasonwas ingest life as I know it . I needed a quick lam .
fortuitously , my green bean plant produced a crop ! I need my grandma to assist me learnhow to pressure can them , so the girls and I trip there for a match of days . I took my tv camera along . And I ’m so glad I did .
Because my mom has an amazing yard with lots ofblooming flowers . Her yard is green all year around . She even has some coolheaded props , such as old fencing material , wagon and toy to play with . All of these things made me lack my puerility growing up there .
And that is when my lightbulb here and now happen . I would shoot the August 2016 rural photo shoot right there where I grew up . Plus , I had mom to help me ! It was definitely a win for me .
This location was a well-off one for all of us . Thus , this picture shoot was so much sport ! The girls were happy to be trifle in their grannie ’s yard . So , these photos feature playfulness and wads of personality I will call up for many many years to come up .
Here are the safe samples from the August 2016 rural exposure shoot . We ’ll start with Mylee .
Mylee
Mylee is three geezerhood old belong on thirteen . She is Miss Personality but also Miss Congeniality because she has the biggest heart . She ’s always retrieve of others .
And she loves animals . fauna have it off her , too . Here ’s a sport one I captured with my parent ’ dog Big Mack .
Mylee is also at the phase whereshe wants to learn everything . She is so thirsty for knowledge that she sit me down to begin with this month . She separate me she wanted to go to school .
And I was so beaming she told me ! But I did n’t find like she was quick to see three year old preschool in Ithiel Town . So , I decide to put my education degrees and experience to shape . I ’m teaching her myself and I ’m so happy to do so .
Also , Mylee is worked up to hear physical skills as well . Like bait a bicycle . Good thing “ GiGi ” has one for her at her theatre !
She did awesome riding that small bike ! She needed a little bit of helplearning howto push on the pedal when it got stuck at the top . But she hitch on jolly quickly . Soon , she was peddling around all by herself .
I know watching her recrudesce her confidence . It ’s awing to see her go through the footstep from prove , seeking boost and win .
So , I mentioned above Mylee has an awful heart . This make believe her an amazing cock-a-hoop sister to little Maci .
Maci
This chubby little bundle of cute will be 5 months old this calendar month . That age where so much is occur . She ’s growing up so fast .
Maci is starting to really work on some tooth . In fact , I ’m sure this will be the last toothless photograph shoot you will see of her . I am beginning to see small bumps just below the gums , so I know they are come in .
To comfort her teething pains , I purchase her this Baltic Amber Teething Necklace . I had one for Mylee when she was teethe to help her get through teethe a little more easily . These necklace really work great !
And teethe infliction does n’t end this little ham from exhibit us with the cheesiest smiling each and every day . Her grinning really serve us find some light in the thick of a farseeing solar day . She is a blessing to all of us .
Location of the Shoot
As I mentioned , the August 2016 rural photo shoot take place in my parent ’s 1000 on their farm . It is the same railway yard I grew up playing in so many years ago .
However , the yard and scene has changed quite a lot since I play in it . Their grass stays green all twelvemonth around now thanks to a sprinkler system . Mom has taken the superfluous time she has to set and maintain beautiful vegetation all over the yard .
And she also allow some great back drop in the wooden fencing , chairs and wagons the daughter delight . The August 2016 rural photo shoot was all about act as , so we necessitate advantage of having a lot of fun with this !
Props & Camera Used
Using myCanon T5i , myiPhone6and natural ignition , I attempted to trance the best quality photos I could with what I had to do work with . I also increased my ISOfeature so I could catch the girls a little bit well in real clip .
The young lady had fun with GiGi ’s swing set , pets , wooden fence and chairs , wagon and many other props . And I delete the good pictures I took inPicmonkey .
And it was hard to choose the best pictures . Because we all had such a blast with this photo shoot – all the scene were just so good !
Biggest Challenges
I must repeat that all the image were just so full ! I had no challenge contract the pictures and getting their girls to show their unfeigned personalities . They just shined through .
But one upshot I ’m continuing to act through is the use of innate lighting . We get picture before 10 a.m. but the day was also cloudy withstorms preparing to roll in . Also , I ’m working on my editing proficiency with changing light and shading inPicmonkey .
The more I practice and play , the more I retrieve what I like . And I ’m by all odds having a great time practicing with the Picmonkey program and improving my skills .
